Conditions of Hire...
- We Elm Self Store reserve the right to terminate the contract immediately upon any serious breach of obligation you the hirer undertake, including any debts of money due to Elm Self Store that fall behind in the rent.
- You the hirer of each unit agree to indemnify Elm Self Store against anything untoward found in your unit should the local constabulary or Customs and Excise wish to search the unit.
- Access to your unit is between the hours of 6 am and 8 pm, 7 days a week. Should you wish to access your unit outside of these hours this is possible by ringing us to arrange an appointment. When your rental period has expired, your unit will need to be left in the same condition as you found it. Any damage must be reported to Elm Self Store immediately.
- No explosives, fireworks, dangerous chemicals, anything of an illegal nature, no perishable goods may be stored in your unit.
- It is you the hirer responsibility to ensure you have got your own insurance for covering the contents of your unit. It is also you the hirer responsibility to supply 2 off padlocks for securing your goods in your unit.
Under no circumstances are Elm Self Store responsible for any damage or loss incurred to property or goods whilst stored in your unit.
- You must notify us Elm Self Store of any intrusion or damage on the unit immediately.
- We Elm Self Store give no promise as to the fitness of the unit for storage purposes.
- You alone are permitted to exercise these rights of storage on these terms.
- If you wish to vacate your unit Elm Self Store require 28 days notice on all long term hire agreements.
